Therapy sessions, including intake sessions, are billed at $160 for 45-50 minutes.

I am not affiliated with any insurance companies nor am I part of their network. However, if your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can supply you with a Superbill that you can submit to receive partial reimbursement for the fees associated with my services.

I pull from a variety of theories and techniques. I find Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques are often helpful for my clients.

Therapy often works best with weekly or bi-weekly meetings to foster trust and increase results through consistency and dedication to the work. However, the frequency in which you attend is something we can discuss after your first session and revisit as needed.
